By coordinating customs offices, commodity inspection departments, banks, tax administration, airport, aviation companies, exchange control authorities, logistics and forwarding companies, miscellaneous port administrative organs, service organizations and enterprises, and by cutting unnecessary formalities, ACLP provides unified arrangements to ease commodities procedures, certificates and cash processing, thus achieving greater customs clearance efficiency. This helps enterprises operating in the ACLP achieve one-stop customs clearance and efficient management.

ACLP Master Plan
ACLP is strategically located north of the second runway of the Beijing Capital International Airport, with a total site area of 3.4 million square meters. The development of ACLP on the site represents a first phase investment value of RMB4 billion. Operating adjacent to airport facilities and within the airport customs boundaries, this unique feature essentially allows ACLP to offer seamless logistics connectivity, which will significantly improve efficiency in the customs clearance process. Another important feature of this seamless connectivity is the integration of the five major function zones within ACLP, including the Air Cargo Terminals, the Express Centre, the Custom Supervision Area, the Bonded Logistic Centre and the Office Complex.
