ACL in Perspective
Become China’s No. 1 Airport City investor, developer and operator.
Representing a new paradigm in 21st century urban development, the Airport City is a new arena for the acceleration of energetic competition among local economies, the upgrading of industrial infrastructure, and the increasing of government revenue, employment opportunities, and the enhancement of airport passenger and cargo capacity.
With a history of over 20 years, the development of airport cities has now been perfected, and some international airport hubs have emerged as centers of development. Airports with new functions are expanding and diversifying to form multi-purpose conglomerates of business, fueling the local economies. With China’s recent incredible economic development, conditions for the construction of airport cities in many of China’s cities have finally matured.
Assembling material resources and expertise from the aviation, logistics and commercial real estate industries, ACL, under the leadership of an international executive team, is committed to building airport cities in Beijing and other cities in China, and in the process, contributing to local economic progress.
By learning from the successful experiences of other international renowned airport cities with an eye towards integrating the actual conditions of Beijing and China itself, ACL has initiated a forward looking business model. In recent years, ACL has been active in the Airport Cities World Conference & Exhibition (ACE), the most authoritative international industry conference and forum. In 2010, ACL will host the ACE2010 in Beijing, the first time in the event’s history that it will be held in Mainland China.
