Company Profile
In December 2004, with the approval of the Civil Aviation Administration and the Department of Commerce, Capital Airports Holding Company and other institutions including Shunyi District People's Government, Beijing City, established the Airport City Development Co., Ltd (ACL). ACL functions as the main operating entity, fully in charge of the planning, construction and operation management of the Airport City Logistic Park Project. The Airport City Logistic Park Project will play a significant role in providing services for the 2008 Olympic Games and in promoting the development of Beijing’s air cargo industry.
In order to better utilize Capital International Airport’s pivotal location in Northeast Asia, promote regional economic development of Beijing districts including Shunyi, Chaoyang and Tongzhou, and strengthen Beijing’s (Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei and Bohai economic circle) global competitive edge, Capital Airports Holding Company is planning a Capital Airport City. Once built, it will evolve into a multifunctional architectural mega-structure centered at the airport, integrating air transport, logistics, shopping malls, tourism and leisure centers, and industrial development. This shall significantly drive the economic and social development of the areas in the vicinity of the airport. At present, ACL is actively involved in the planning and construction of the Capital Airport City.
As a developer and operator of the Airport City Logistic Park, ACL has extensive experience in real estate development. We have also been paying close attention to the areas surrounding the airport and other mature commercial areas, to search out commercial real estate projects that show real commercial potential. Through developing high-end commercial properties, we will provide domestic and foreign customers an integrated business and leisure real estate which includes high-end apartments, office buildings, hotels, and shops. We hope to set a new standard and new image for the high-end real estate industry.
